You must be legally permitted to drive to participate in in-car sessions. Classroom modules may have separate prerequisites listed on each course page.

2. Accounts

You may create an optional account to manage favorites and scheduling. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Course descriptions

We strive for accurate, up-to-date information. Competencies and durations are estimates and may vary by learner and local conditions.

4. Payments and refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
• Refunds follow the cancellation policy provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

5. Scheduling and attendance

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals may shorten session time to protect subsequent appointments.

6. Safety

Our vehicles meet safety requirements and include dual controls. You must follow instructor directions and local laws at all times.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Using the site to distribute unlawful content or disrupt service.
• Harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior during sessions.

8. Intellectual property

All materials, including drills and worksheets, are owned by Ivoryix Drive Institute. You may not copy, resell, or distribute training content without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Training improves skills but cannot eliminate all risk. We provide no warranties beyond those required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
